3-lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs(cubed)
3-lbs smoked sausage(sliced thin)
1 stick of unsalted butter
4 large onions(diced)
3 bell peppers(diced)
1 whole clove of garlic(chopped)
4 packs of Oak Grove brand jambalaya mix
8 cups of water

(( Oven Instructions ))
Preheat your oven to 350
On the stove top,
Melt the butter, sauté the onions and bell peppers and remove them from the pot
Brown the sausage and remove from pot
Add chicken and season how you like it(season all, Tony Chachere, Old Bay, etc…)but DO NOT ADD SALT.
After the chicken is done add the garlic, sausage, and vegetables back to the pot.
Add the 4 packs of Oak Grove brand jambalaya mix and 8 cups of water
Bring to a rolling boil….I add some Kitchen Bouquet to darken the liquid to the desired color.
Put the lid on the pot and place in the preheated oven at 350 for 25 minutes.
Remove and enjoy.
